1. Services

Anxious To Secure offers private 1:1 coaching services to individuals seeking support with emotional and relational development. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. All services are delivered virtually.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in coaching services. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Scope of Coaching

Coaching focuses on mindset, relational patterns, nervous system regulation, and attachment work. It is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a substitute for mental health therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care. If you require these services, please consult a licensed professional.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• The full coaching fee is due upon enrollment, unless a payment plan has been arranged through Stripe or PayPal.

• No refunds are provided once payment is made, for any reason.

This policy is in place to honor the time, preparation, and energetic commitment of both coach and client. Please ensure you are fully committed before signing up.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

• You may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions missed without notice or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Cancellation Policy

• If you choose to discontinue coaching before the end of your agreed-upon container (e.g., a 3-month package), no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

• Coaching programs are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe. Pausing the program is not permitted.

7. Voxer & Email Support

Clients receive weekday support via Voxer between sessions.

• Response times: once daily, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm EST

• Voxer is for short-term support, not crisis management or therapy

8. No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes depend on your commitment, participation, and readiness to change. No guarantees are made regarding results or specific outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared with you during coaching (documents, exercises, tools) are for your personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Right to Terminate

Anxious To Secure reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if a client displays inappropriate behavior, violates boundaries, or is not a good fit for the work. Any unused sessions at that point may be refunded at the coach’s discretion.

11. Confidentiality

All sessions and communication are kept strictly confidential, with the following exceptions:

• Risk of harm to self or others

• Abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person

• Court-ordered legal obligations

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved under its legal system.
